About Me

I’m currently a Research Scientist in the AI & Robotics Institute at the Ellison Institute of Technology. I recently completed my PhD in Computer Science at the University of Oxford under the supervision of Michael Bronstein and İsmail Ceylan, and in collaboration with the Quantitative Biology group at AstraZeneca. My research focuses on developing machine learning methods to help solve challenges in drug discovery and materials science, such as target identification, molecular property prediction, molecular crystal structure prediction, and DNA foundation modelling.

Prior to Oxford, I obtained both my MS and BS in Computer Science from Columbia University, working with Yufeng Shen and Venkat Venkatasubramanian, respectively. While completing my MS, I also worked full time as a software engineer at Facebook for two years, where I focused on building privacy-safe ad products for healthcare advertisers. Outside of work, I enjoy teaching, traveling, and drinking nice tea 🍵
